$20 Million Lawsuit Alleges ‘A-List Celebrity’
A $20 million lawsuit filed in California claims an unnamed “A-list male” celebrity deliberately gave his sexual partner herpes.
The suit claims that the plaintiff, who is not named or identified as being a man or woman, contracted the sexually transmitted disease (std) through the defendant, who’s detailed as “John Doe” while in the grievance, following they engaged in intercourse and drug use in a Las Vegas hotel place last month.
The plaintiff claims the defendant said he was STD-free “without equivocation” when asked, whilst the defendant inquired about plaintiff’s sexual history, the complaint said.
The plaintiff claims that she or he was also STD-free and was in a “monogamous relationship for years.”
