Albert Hayesworth may possibly be struggling with rhabdomyolysis

A league source tells Jason La Canfora of NFL Network that Albert Haynesworth is most likely suffering from a problem known as rhabdomyolysis, where muscle fibers get broken down and can have a damaging affect for the kidneys.

Rhabdomyolysis is the rapid destruction of skeletal muscle resulting in leakage in to the urine from the muscle protein myoglobin.

The source mentioned that Haynesworth was experiencing the symptoms of rhabdomyolysis, which contain dizziness, nausea, vomiting and muscle swelling.

Haynesworth’s symptoms were not at the extreme end of the spectrum, and he recovered adequate to take component within the preseason game with all the Ravens. However, simply because he missed practice time, he was told he would only play inside the second half of the game, with all the reserves.
