Bank of America Online Is Down
Bank of America consumers are unable to log in to their online bank accounts Tuesday. The website has become slow given that Monday, and sometime these days created its on the web banking services “temporarily unavailable.”
BankofAmerica spokesperson Tara Burke assured the Wall Street Journal that the banking large isn’t a victim of a cyberattack and that none of its customers individual or account information had been compromised.
BofA stopped accepting payments for WikiLeaks late last year – an act that provoked a group of Anonymous hackers to get down other banking institutions.
B of A spokesperson Tara Burke mentioned in a telephone call that efforts to restore web site latency problems are triggering the disruptions in on the web banking service. These disruptions aren’t restricted to a selected region. Burke did not identify a time when service is expected to be restored, but explained the bank is doing work to complete the repair “as soon as possible.”
