Big 12 Realignment
Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott went on a come-join-us mission across Texas and Oklahoma above the weekend, a trip that could officially doom the Big 12 and set in motion an additional round of conference jumping.
Colorado and Nebraska have already left the rapidly disintegrating conference and 5 a lot more might be for the way out, as well, if Scott has his way.
Orangebloods is reporting that Texas may be convinced to remain having a ten-team Big 12 as opposed to leave for the Pac 10. Is this for real, or is it mere posturing for your eventuality from the SEC adding the fourth-best football plan in Texas to its conference?
There are already a series of never-ending questions ever given that expansion began. Will the Big Ten visit 14? 16? Will the ACC be proactive and snag a couple of Big East schools? How will the SEC respond? What will Kansas and Kansas State do? Will Texas head to the Pac-10, or the Big Ten?
