Well played, OSU! The Buckeyes went head to head with Michigan today, included in the Big Ten Tournament Bracket 2010’s second round. On the final buzzer, superstar Evan Turner threw the game winning shot: a 3-point last ditch effort from 37 feet out. Because the net swished, Michigan saw their Big 10 Tournament dreams dissapear, and Evan Turner became a champion.

Missing a lot of today’s attempts, Evan still managed to score 18 points against the Wolverines. No doubt this rivalry will still brew, but both teams must be applauded for a great performance today. With the Buckeyes safe from elimination, the number #1 seeded Ohio State will go on to play the winner of the Wisconsin vs. Illinois Quarter Finals game on Saturday, March 13th. The big game will be televised on CBS at 1:40 pm Eastern.
