Code Red Rally Against Health Reform
Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) announced Tuesday in the Tea Party “Code Red” Rally in Washington, D.C. that Republicans are winning the debate on health care reform.
With the crowd chanting ‘Kill the Bill” in the background, Bachmann known as for the Tea Partiers to ‘stand their ground until Sunday’. Pointing for the Capitol behind her, Bachmann mentioned, “They came back to the bubble dome and forgot about you. But, you are nevertheless here.”
On Sunday, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs stated he believed in a week the bill would be passed inside the Property.
Bachmann responded to Gibbs by saying, “It will likely be past tense all proper, simply because we are going to kill that bill previous to Sunday… they want you to consider they won this, they want you to believe it’s over.”
It’s widely believed that the bill will be voted on in the end of this week. The Tea Partiers stated they will continue protesting against health care reform till that day comes.
