Cowboys & Aliens storyline : The Old West.. in which a lone cowboy prospects an uprising in opposition to a terror from outside of our world. 1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger without any memory of his prior stumbles to the difficult desert city of Absolution. The sole hint to his historical past can be a mysterious shackle that encircles 1 wrist.
What he discovers is the fact that the people of Absolution never welcome strangers, and no one can make a move on its streets until ordered to complete so through the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde (Ford). It is a town that lives in fear. But Absolution is about to expertise fear it could scarcely comprehend as the desolate city is attacked by marauders in the sky.
