Deviled Eggs Recipe
This deviled eggs recipe is the perfect recipe for using up all of the hard boiled Easter eggs you’ve created. Deviled eggs make a delicious appetizer or snack and are packed with protein. My recipe is a lower fat version, so it is even a bit healthier than others.

You will need the following ingredients for this deviled egg recipe:
- 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dried yellow mustard
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika
Steps to Prepare Deviled Egg Recipe:
- Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice them lenghtwise down the middle.
- Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Place the egg whites on a serving platter or plate.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork or potato masher.
- Sprinkle in the dried mustard and mix thoroughly
- Add half of the 1/2 cup of light mayo. If you prefer more, add the remainder.
- Add about 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Taste. Add another 1/2 teaspoon if you prefer more flavor.
- Add a dash or two of salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop the yolk mixture with a melon baller or teaspoon and fill each of the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish. Chill until served.
