It’s confirmed news that President Barack Obama will pick Elena Kagan as his nominee as the following Supreme Court justice.
It’s getting predicted that Kagan, who has been the former dean of Harvard Law School plus a University of Chicago law professor and may be the present solicitor-general, will clear the senate confirmation procedure en route her election on the position.
Supreme Court experts are from the opinion that 50-year-old Kagan has powerful bipartisan support.
