Often we are confusion searching data in PC but doesn’t meet. Or we must back up important data because damage of system but because data disseminates in some place. This thing is caused ugly data management.

For the purpose is required system manajamen good data. Following some point :

1. Saving important data doesn’t one drive with system. Takes example system in drive C, hence keeping you data in drive besides C. This aim to if happened damage of system and must be re-format or in repair, your data are safe because residing in drive is differing from system.
2. But if harddisk PC only have one partition, create special folder place of saving data, and punishs yourself for always save data there. If happened system damage, you ready to back up data in that special folder. Not necessarily search for data is other place again.
3. If you has habit like me that is keeping data in My Documents folder, please remove location target of folder to other drive. Its way at desktop points pointer mouse to icon My Documents, right click and select properties. At tab Target please change target of folder to drive besides C ( system) then please click Apply. Since then when you save data in My Documents folder, the file automatic saving to other folder in other drive too.

This tips just for PC with operating system windows family only.
