Flat tax to be proposed by Rick Perry
Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry announced his support for any flat tax on Wednesday, sharpening the contrast with his Republican rival Mitt Romney and capitalizing on popular frustration together with the tax system amid Republican primary voters.
