The prison program in Florida has obtained a federal grant and 740 thousand to coach prisoners in installing photo voltaic power panels.
Corrections Department officials stated Friday that the coaching program was established in Sago Palm Work camps in Palm Beach County.
The camp is one with the 3 that gives inmates, who have three years or much less inside the relaxation of their sentences, with schooling, instruction and treatment to better prepare them to discover work when they are released.
The State will associate with an accredited technician who carried out the formation of photovoltaic systems to energy health-related certificates.
The system will include a cell demonstration module for useful training.
