‘Jersey Shore’s’ Snooki arrested
Reality television star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was used into custody Friday afternoon for disorderly conduct, police confirmed.
In accordance with Police Chief Thomas J. Boyd, Polizzi, a member with the cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore, was taken to the police station about 3:30 p.m., in which she faces getting charged with disorderly conduct. Boyd would not supply additional details at this time.
Jersey Shore is currently taping its third season here. The cast with the display spent the spring in Florida to shoot season two. The premiere of that season final night on MTV drew 5.3 million viewers, based on ratings firm Nielsen.
Borough Administrator John A. Camera stated that beachgoers were complaining this afternoon about a disorderly particular person, which turned out being Polizzi, who they stated was falling on other individuals and bothering them.
When police confronted her in regards to the behavior, Polizzi was indignant adequate to warrant being locked up within the Seaside Heights jail, Camera said. He emphasized that she was not arrested.
