Juliani Cardenas found in California Canal
San Francisco headline, the missing child Juliani Cardenas has now been found. It was a utility employee who manufactured the discovery in the Delta-Mendota Canal in Stanislaus County.
Juliani Cardenas was snatched from his grandmother’s arms in Patterson, California, on January 18th by the mother’s boyfriend Jose Esteban Rodriguez, age 27. Juliani’s mom, Tabitha Cardenas, is 8 1/2 months pregnant with Rodriguez’ daughter but the couple had split up.
Rodriguez’ body has not yet been found out and police have a warrant out for his arrest, even though they feel Rodriguez was within the automobile in the same time.
No credit card activity from Rodriguez is observed, which would recommend he will not be alive.
