LaGuardia Airport Reopens on Monday Afternoon
LaGuardia Airport reopened about 4 p.m. EST on Monday after 12 hrs of closure since 4 a.m. due to the Nor’easter blizzard that hit New York and surrounding states midday on Sunday.
The general arrival and departure delays at the airport are now inside of 15 minutes, as outlined by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Around 6,000 flights have already been canceled in the Northeastern United States actually because the snowstorm started dumping dozens of inches of snow from Philadelphia to Boston, as outlined by Bloomberg News.
