Meteor in Wisconsin and Meteor Iowa (Photo and Video)
A giant green fireball assumed being a meteor freaked out residents in Wisconsin and Iowa Wednesday night. The fireball lit up the night sky like it absolutely was daylight and reportedly triggered several sonic booms over the state.

The object blazed across the skies at close to 10 p.m. CDT, spurring a frenzy of calls to local media. The National Weather Support reports it had been possibly a meteorite that shook houses under its path. Meteor showers were expected above the region above the past few days.
Not only was the meteor in Wisconsin a shocking sight inside the sky, it also most likely scared a quantity of those who didn’t even see it just from the noise alone. “Several reports of a prolonged sonic boom were received from areas north of Highway 20, along with shaking of homes, trees and various other objects including wind chimes,” The National Weather Assistance mentioned inside a statement.
It is unknown whether or not any portion from the meteorite really hit the ground – if it was a meteorite, obviously. You know there are lots of folks out there who are going to be heading all conspiracy theory over this thing!
