Michael Brea MURDER Case
“Ugly Betty” actor Michael Brea is accused of stabbing his mother to death in her Prospect Heights, Brooklyn house Tuesday Morning.
Brea, who appeared on “Ugly Betty” in addition to in “Step-Up 3D,” is accused of killing his mother having a 3 foot samurai sword although reciting Bible passages.
“Michael was yelling, ‘Repent, repent, sinner, sinner,’ over and over once more,” a neighbor informed the Daily News. “He was screaming, ‘You never accepted Jesus.’ It was real loud.”
Brea has not been charged but is in police custody and undergoing psychiatric evaluation at a hospital. Police informed TVGuide.com that Brea is really a “person of interest” within the murder.
His mother, Yannick Brea, was 55.
