Miss America 2010 Contestants

Here are Miss America 2010 contestants photos and video. The 89th annual pageant takes place Sat. Jan. 30, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on TLC, broadcast live from the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas with host Mario Lopez of ‘Extra,’ with Clinton Kelly, co-host of TLC’s What Not To Wear, serving as special correspondent.

1st Runner Up: Kristy Marie Cavinder – Miss California
2nd Runner Up: Stefanie Wittler – Miss Tennessee
3rd Runner Up: Katherine Putnam – Miss Louisiana
4th runner up: Mallory Ervin – Miss Kentucky

Pageant judges include radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, actress Vivica Fox and Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, Grammy-nominated jazz musician Dave Koz, singer-songwriter Brooke White, actor Paul Rodriguez, and Miss America 2002 Katie Harman.

While keeping the traditional beauty contest elements of talent, evening gown and swimsuit competition, the Miss America Organization is also a source of scholarship assistance; according to the official Web site, the organization offered in 2009 more than $45 million in scholarships through state and local organizations.
