Runners for that Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K will not need to deal with rainy weather, but it will be a bit cold.
Temperatures at dawn tomorrow are going to be all over freezing and hover there by way of the start with the race, according towards the National Weather Service. The temperature will increase to the 40s by noon and into the higher 50s or 60s by afternoon, mentioned Mike Rusnak, NWS meteorologist.

Traffic-wise, motorists will want to steer clear of the location all over Broad Street downtown and Monument Avenue for the race.
Westbound visitors on Broad ought to detour right at Belvidere Street to Interstate 95 north.
Eastbound targeted traffic should go left on Allen Avenue, proper on Leigh Street, and proper on Belvidere.
