Oklahoma Tornado 2010
5 people had been killed and many injured (58) in Oklahoma Monday afternoon although an outbreak of violent weather with tornados hit across the Southern Plains. Storms are moving to Kansas City but most minor harm is outstate Kansas.
Three from the folks died in Cleveland County (south of the city.) Officials say in Oklahoma town a young boy who was strike by debris was killed along with a man was killed when his vehicle flipped more than on best of him.
Tornadoes triggered damage throughout northern, central and eastern Oklahoma and key cross country interstates have been shut down.
Belmont, Kansas was wherever injury happened in Kansas. Wichita State and Tabor University closed their campuses, and there have been tornados in Wichita, Cowley, Ness and Logan counties. Most harm was to trees, power lines, and outbuildings.
