Peoples Bank Donations
Peoples Bancorp Foundation, a non-profit corporation formed to produce donations on behalf of Peoples Bank and its family of companies, recently donated a complete of $13,500 to twenty location food pantries. And Crosslight of Hope, a Southern Mason County ministry, was introduced with $1,000 by local branch managers on Monday.
“This will help us provide food for our clients in their time of need,” Traci Livingston, director of the ministry said. “We are so thankful for Peoples Bank and their contribution.”
Sharon Stapleton, Leigh Ann Baird and Amanda Pearce visited Crosslight on Monday and acquired a tour with the facility that has been offering a lot needed home items, apparel, and meals for those struggling inside the area.
Also throughout Monday, the bank managers grow to be mindful with the Backpack Drive that Crosslight also is concerned with 3 faculties: Ashton Elementary, Beale Elementary and Hannan Jr/Sr High school. This program sends students’ backpacks, filled with wholesome meals, house with them for that weekend.
