Story of Anne Sluti
On April 6, 2001, Anne Sluti was jogging to her automobile in the mall when a man grabbed her and forced her into his Suburban and hit a number of occasions till she blacked out. Anthony Steven Wright, broadly known as Tony Zappa, bound her with chains and duct tape and raped her repeatedly in the course of the ordeal. Sooner or later, they ended up in Montana wherever Zappa broke into several cabins. Sluti left behind clues, which includes notes.
She even pretended to phone a friend and contacted her mother. Later on she managed to contact 911. Meanwhile, her parents pleaded for her safe return.
Wright held Sluti captive for six days prior to he surrendered after a 10-hour police standoff at a remote cabin in close proximity to Rollins, Mont. Wright acquired existence sentence plus a restitution for totaling for almost $40,000
