Speculation on how Michael Jackson will be laid to rest arises. The King of Pop reportedly is going to be buried in a “$25,000, solid bronze, 14-karat gold plated, and custom casket”. The Promethean casket, which will feature hand-polished mirror finish and line with velvet, was ordered on Wednesday, July 1 from Batesville Casket Company, TMZ reports. The same type of casket was also used to bury James Brown in 2006.

As previously reported, Michael Jackson’s memorial service will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 A.M. 17,500 free tickets have been prepared for randomly selected fans who register at StaplesCenter.com from Friday, July 3 at 10:00 A.M. to Saturday, July 4 at 6:00 P.M.

About the memorial service, Daily Mail claims the ceremony will feature performances and tributes from “a host of music and acting legends” and be opened by a parade of circus animals, including tigers and elephants, as a part of Los Angeles’ annual Parade Of The Elephants.

A spokesman for the circus predicts the upcoming Tuesday’s memorial service will be the “greatest show on Earth”, just like Jackson wanted. “It’s going to be the greatest show on Earth. That’s what I want. Fireworks and everything,” the star dished on his funeral back in 2002.
