Jim Harris has approved the role of director of strategic development at Commercial TradeMark Properties. CEO Billie Redmond made the announcement a week ago.

Jim Harris is going to be responsible for building new profit, strategic alliances, recruitment, broker and worker incentives, and making proposals according to evaluations of business structure. In addition to working in the industry for eight years, Harris has filled the role of commercial real-estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties for 5 years. His community involvement contains serving for the Tammy Lynn Foundation Board of Directors, the Make-A-Wish Development Committee, the City of Raleigh Appearance Commission and also the Raleigh Chamber’s Young Professionals Network.
