I was adviced at the end of June when my benefits ran out to restart my claim from a rep in Ohio departmen job and family services reluctant to do so I tried to call my weekly claim in thru the 800 number unable to get thru so I ended up restarting my claim as advice its been almost two months and I haven’t received anything in within this process I had to list my most recent employer which happens to be a temporary service who let me go due to lack of work and with that being said they denied my claim and they’re charging me an overpayment bill of $2442 and temporary service said they discharge me due to tardiness and basically saying I left my job now unemployment paid me my weekly claim thereafter for 3months and stopped because of the senate and the vote in the meantime I ve lost my home I m currently enrolled in college trying to get the education so I can better my job situation and I ve been posting my resume on a dailey basis still nothing and unemployment basically cut me off in I m only on my 3 tier can someone please point me in the right direction because everytime I call odjfs I get different solutions to my problems.
