World Cup 2010 : Germany beats England
The first match of the day from South Africa for the FIFA World Cup 2010 tournament is inside the books and Germany has just defeated England by a final score of 4-1. England goes home having turned in a really disappointing showing inside the World Cup and this match was only a continuation of their dismal play.
Germany is going absolutely crazy on the field celebrating their win. Thomas Fuller was the star with the game. He scored the last two goals for Germany and essentially slammed the door on England and crushed their hopes of moving on towards the next round.
Far and away this had to be the most exciting game from the World Cup 2010. Each and every minute and every second from the game was thrilling. Sadly for England, they clearly aren’t one of the better teams from the tournament this year. I thought they would have fought a little harder within the second half.
