Yeardley Love Case Update
Defense attorneys for former University of Virginia lacrosse player George Huguely, who is accused of slaying his ex-girlfriend Yeardley Love, have asked a Charlottesville judge for access to her medical information.
The judge dominated Wednesday the health-related records of the 22-year-old whose lifeless body was found bruised and battered May 3 will stay sealed until he opinions them and determines whether or not they are pertinent.
In accordance with The Washington Post, defense attorneys think that health-related data from UVA’s departments of student well being and athletics are appropriate and are hoping to use the paperwork to problem the cause of death.
Huguely is charged with first-degree murder from the loss of life of fellow UVA lacrosse player and classmate Yeardley Love. He has admitted to shaking Love even though her head struck the wall, as outlined by police.
